Since flowers are perishable product , so we do not offer refund or return as Flowers will arrive carefully packaged in our signature shipping box, which is specially designed to ensure optimal freshness.

2. How can I cancel my order?

It can be done any time before the order as such is processed.

3. Is it possible to have my shipping cost refunded?

This applies to the case when an error took place on our side, during the operation of the order. In such situations, we will issue a credit for your order to which might can apply additional shipping and gift-wrapping charges.

4. Why my order was cancelled? reserves the right to cancel orders for specific reason. The common situations in which orders are cancelled can be when the requested product is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
